“EkoKorm” compound feed factory includes two production sites with a capacity of 10 and 20 tons of compound feed per hour.
What does the factory produce?
Compound feed factory produces loose granular feeds of variable complexity with a possibility to add liquid components. Russian equipment used at the factory allows to make products of consistently high quality. For mixing compound feed components twin-shaft blade mixers are installed.

Production output of pelletizing lines is 30 tons per hour
Equipment supplier for the pelletizing line is CPM, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of pelletizers. The range of granulated compound feed is represented by pellets of 2.5 mm, 3.5 mm, 5 mm and crumble for poultry.
The production process is carried out in compliance with Russian and international quality and safety standards (quality management system – ISO 9001: 2015), which excludes any possible deviations at each stage of production.
Compound feed of any complexity
The factory produces compound feed for cattle, horses, rabbits, poultry and other farm animals according to its own recipes on a buy-order basis. The equipment allows for cleaning and refining grain and mealy raw materials, mixing them with mineral additives and press cake, and then loading finished products on trucks or passing them through the packaging line.
In the production of compound feed we use our own raw materials – grain crops and meal (sunflower meal, soybean meal, rapeseed meal), macro- and microelements necessary to ensure healthy development of animals.
Finished products are accumulated in warehouses with ground-storage system with is temperature and moisture control.
